Session on Skill Development and Internship Opportunities

In the dynamic realm of business, skill development is essential for MBA students to thrive across all specialisations, including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Business Analytics. Theoretical knowledge alone no longer suffices; students must cultivate practical skills that align with industry expectations. Understanding this critical need, the Training and Placement Cell collaborated with Inverse LLP to host a focused internship and skill-building program on the 1st and 2nd of April, 2026.

The team demonstrated to Finance students, how the internships enhance competencies in budgeting, financial reporting and strategic planning. For HR students, the way they gain hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics and organisational culture. Similarly, for marketing specialisations, how internships help develop skills in customer engagement, campaign execution, and competitive analysis, while Business Analytics students learn to harness data for actionable insights. This approach ensures that the students are job-ready, confident and equipped to face professional challenges.

Around 275 MBA students participated and interacted with industry professionals, gaining insights into market trends and ongoing learning for career growth.
